Hawk Host in Singapore location has serious network problems

According to a report from the Hawk Host, starting at about 7am this morning, June 18 2018, Singapore location has a network problem that makes all websites inaccessible.

Network-related issues, which are the responsibility of the data center service provider, Softlayer. Caused by the router frontend customer fcr01a.sng01 caused the error, causing the entire server and VPS client access is very slow or inaccessible.

Not only the Hawk Host, some Hosting/VPS/Server service providers using Softlayer’s infrastructure in Singapore can experience the same situation.

Unlike the previous problem with StableHost, this problem was caused by the router, so it only affected the network, so all the current data will not be affected.
